Orange2fly as from 20th October 2020, was granted by the single member court of first instance of Athens, a Temporary Restraining Order under article 691A Greek Civil Procedure Code that prohibits any kind of change of the legal status of its property. Namely the Temporary Restraining Order declares; prohibition of any kind of injunction measures as well as of any kind of enforcement measures against the property of the company.
